“This home was the perfect spot for our beach retreat with our youth! Prime location, only a few blocks from the beach, great restaurants, and the grocery store!”

“A beautiful property within walking distance from the Atlantic. This house was all that the site described, and more. We enjoyed the fully supplied kitchen, comfortable beds, washer/dryer and infant highchair and beach toys for our 1 yr. old granddaughter. We played corn hole, used the beach furniture and the firepit complete with supplied firewood. The hosts were accessible and our VRBO vacation was relaxing. We would stay in this property again if the opportunity arose.”

“This top and bottom apartment is an excellent cozy getaway right next to the ocean. Paired with a cool pool adds cherry on top. I had a great time staying here for a couple days soaking in the sun and the ocean. The apartment was clean and very well laid out. Having one and half bath was also very convenient. Situated in a quiet part of Jacksonville Beach, this location cannot be beat. I will be back again very soon.”

“Our weekend beach getaway was made even better by our stay here. The condo was even better than the pictures made it to be. The enclosed patio made the perfect space to enjoy sunsets over the ocean. Having a private sand trail just steps away to the beach was an added bonus. The space is well stocked for making family meals and the washer and dryer was a great bonus. There is road construction taking place all around but it did not interfere with our stay. Definitely a 10/10 experience.”

“We needed a break and rented this place for 10 days. We had previously rented the other side of the duplex last year and knew the area was were we could access the beach and walk a quiet neighborhood with our dog. The fenced yard allowed us to let our dog out without having to keep him on a leash. If you have a smaller dog, check to be sure they can't get out. There are some smaller gaps in the fence a 10lb and under dog might be able to squeeze through. Under the stairs/closet, the unit had a……

“The property was very nice! Two bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We were in town for a wedding so we had a very quick trip. The back had a great space to relax since it was cooler w were not able to use the pool. About 10-15 mins to the Neptune beach are with lots of restaurants and shops! The wedding was in Kathryn Abby Hannah state park. There are lots of activities/ rentals , and public beach in the park. We had a great time and would come back she. We can stay longer.”

“Fantastic location and literally only steps from the smoothest sand we’ve walked on in many years! Everything was as advertised and plenty of room for a family of four. Nicely updated and tastefully decorated. We gave the overall check-in process 4/5 because we didn’t get the instructions or entry codes until we asked for them twice (once 24 hours before and once the day of check-in at 4:30 pm). The management team was apologetic and this may have been an oversight, but it was nerve racking.……

“The management by Nomad or maybe Lynx “guest experience partner” left a terrible impression. I left a soft cooler. Though I wasn’t expecting a return, they said no problem if they found it they would mail it. I described it and told exactly where to find it. Someone outright lied saying it wasn’t found. Saying we’ll hold it or too bad we can’t return it would be much better than dishonesty. Despite liking the property, I will not rent another Nomad managed space.”

“Nice place in a good neighborhood”

“The staff here is very accommodating. We wanted a room with a balcony and paid for one. We got to the room unpacked and headed to the balcony to find the door wouldn’t open. It was screwed shut. I called downstairs and was told that I should have been made aware of the issue and offered me another room with a balcony. I was happy they had another room but had to repack to unpack a second time. Also, I think the rugs in the hallways need to be replaced. There’s the same odor on several floors,……

“ Great Resort, Amazing Staff, Very Nice and Courteous. I will suggest two lanes at Valet (Paint a Center Line) to prevent unnecessary traffic back ups) Each time I dropped or picked up car there was usually long backups as drivers were inconsistent in parking and valet staff were great in handling but with a few improvements would this a much smoother experience. Overall a Great Experience!!! Pat Scott ”
