“Our stay began with a friendly and warm greeting from Kevin at the front desk. Kevin was super helpful and made us feel at home. I was exhausted from a long drive and Kevin was super efficient getting us checked in. I dropped a bag unloading our car and Kevin tracked it down and called us to reunite us with our bag. He’s a superstar!!
The room was great although the phone handset wasn’t charged. We were able to use the speaker phone though so no big deal.

“Erie's best hotel. The views are incredible. Staff are overall great but the bar staff, and manager Chris are phenomenal. They add immense value to the experience. I highly recommend this property. ”

“Staff was friendly, room was clean, great experience excpet for when an alarm clock in the empty room next door went off at 4am, but they qucikly took care of it when we brought it to their attention.”
