"The house was immaculate. The layout was perfect and the house well equipped (kitchen, linens, etc.) (One minor issue - The WiFi for TV was unpredictable, but we only used it for playing games at night.)We found fun activities throughout the weekend, including walking in the neighborhood. Our Saturday was spent at the Mt. Washington Hotel (10 min drive). We each had spa passes and we had a delicious dinner at Stickney’s. I will definitely recommend this property for families or groups - it was perfect for us!"

"We chose the location because it is near the ski resort we love. So, of course it being winter, it is cold- single digits with wind chil -20 F. When we arrived at the unit the inside temperature was 40 degrees. It was clear no one bothered to turn the heat on for our arrival. It is now 5pm, we can’t cook, we can’t relax because it is too cold. We ended up having to turn the heat up, leave the unit, and go out to dinner to warm up. When we got back it was a bit warmer however not comfortable. There was literally ONE blanket for the bed. They may want to make a point of warning people this unit isn’t set up for cold weather. "
