“We were very excited about our stay in Bath, and chose a hotel close to the centre. We booked an upgraded room for more space, but when we got into the room we were incredibly disappointed by the state of it. The bedding had a large red stain on it which looked like blood, there was also a red stain on the bathroom counter and hairs all over the bathroom, as well as a shower which only had one door. The air con was on full blast and it was freezing and we couldn’t adjust the temp so just turned……

“Well located property, just as photos in listing. Spacious and well stocked kitchen. Everything clean as expected. Parking a bit difficult as permit holders only. No full length mirrors which would have been helpful and not space for 8 people to relax in the living room.”

“Excellent quite property with first rate modern amenities but with old historic feel from the hard work by the owners to bring back a luxurious comfortable English Manor House feel. I will be returning in the future and enjoy the place. All the details gave me the best night sleep that I can remember.”

“Lisa was very thorough and explained everything. She also suggested me the good restaurant and places to visit. Enjoyed my stay”

“Definitely a great location, very friendly welcome, great for tranquillity.”

“We were only there for a stopover. The house was lovely and the host was very accommodating. They were very thoughtful and we appreciated it!”
