Beijing Beijing Huoshen Temple Hotels

"the laundry area is busy but we managed to use it before we leave. although we got few hiccups using it as we need to translate it, second there are other guest who use it and not comeback for a whole night. we had to call the front desk to help us because they been drying two pair of underwear for 2 hours. we have no choice but to remove it as we have no place to put our wet clothes as there other guests who need to use the washer. (dryer and washer are free, they also provide a liquid detergent which smells good) on the same floor, they also have gym and a massage room. I wasn't able to try it as I got lazy but wish I try the massage. for the room, it's very spacious. more than enough for us. we have a lot of space to put our 4, 23kg luggage. though there are some night that it's very hot and we cannot change the temperature as it is centralized for the whole hotel. thank God we can open the window to get some air, and it can easily cool down the room as we went there around february. the place also near restaurants that are open late so if you got hungry you can just go outside and eat. It's also few steps away from 7/11 and a bank where you can withdraw chinese yen even though you are using USA bank card. It's also walkable to a mall, where we ha a good strawberry matcha and hotpot! (yum!) I also did my shopping spree around the area and they're all very cheap. did not have a big problem staying in the hotel, it's just the wifi sucks, had to use my mobile data. :)"

"Exceptional in all aspects, located in a vibrant, arty area, close (5min stroll) to Dongsi subway, huge choice of local restaurants, superb room layout, clean, modern, quiet with friendly and helpful staff. "

"Hotel staff are excellent! They provided us with local recommendation sheet, all speak English. Before we went out, they offered us water and mask (on windy days). They are also willing to answer any questions we had! Services are great! Free laundry were provided and the clothes were usually done within 8 hours. Rooms are cozy and clean. Air-con worked well and heat up the room quickly during winter. Cannot say enough thank you to the warm and welcoming staffs!"

"We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is located in the middle of a pedestrian street with many shops and restaurants in the area. The hotel is also in close proximity to many attractions. The hotel has an amazing staff that is always willing to help out, they helped us with our luggage, allowed for late check out and they have an amazing laundry program where they do your laundry for free overnight. The hotel is in an older building but they have done a good job renovating the units. If you are in the area try the Peking Duck at the restaurant around the corner from the restaurant. We are there 3 nights in a row, the food and the price for what you get was amazing."
