"The A/C in the room couldn’t cool it down. In fact from the time I turned it on and set it to go to 70, it went from 78 to 80. Very warm and hard to sleep. Room was nice otherwise and the staff was friendly and helpful. "

"Incredible decor and service. We felt like we could truly relax. Very clean and therapeutic pool and spa area, wisteria in full bloom and so fragrant. But I think my favorite part were the conversations with restaurant staff, they were all so friendly, kind, and interesting. Loved it all. "
