"Staff was exceptional friendly and helpful "

"This is my new go-to ABQ hotel. My other go-to motel no longer works with HOTELS.com, so I took a chance on this place. It was a great four days. The room was big and clean. The bed was really comfortable. It was nice having the vanity outside the shower area so that I could brush my teeth while my girlfriend was taking a shower. Wi-Fi was good and strong. I am not a breakfast person, so I cannot rate it in total; however, there was plentiful OJ and a banana, which is what I usually eat. The water did go off on the first morning, but that is not their fault. All in all, a good hotel that is close enough to the old town square and to the petroglyphs. Highly recommended. "

"Loved the location, retro vibe and amenities. The room was very comfortable. The Staff was super friendly. Parking was inconvenient. Some free onstreet parking nearby along Central at the public park. To park in the hotel parking, the only choice was valet ($$). You had to download a separate app and setup a credit card on the app. Why couldn’t the parking charges be connected to the room and included in the room charges??"

"Overall good stay. Facilities nice. Pool closed one day for event. That was disappointing. We did get a room voucher as I shared my concern. Staff for the most part were not friendly. Not that helpful. Didn’t even tell us about shuttle that was for music festival. Just not friendly."
