“Belizean Shores is the perfect place to stay if you want to be out of the chaos of downtown San Pedro. Even though you are outside of town, there are lots of restaurants near by and it's only a 15 min golf cart ride to town. Secret beach is quick and easy to get to as well from there. The resort itself is beautiful and well maintained. They did their best to clean up the sargassum everyday, I found it to be much cleaner than other resorts I walked by. You can swim off the end of the dock as well……

“The property is amazing, lots of beautiful birds to see right from the porch area. The river is a 10 minute walk from the property. You can cool down and listen for monkeys.
