“The front desk staff upon check in was he great. Very helpful and friendly. I wish I could say the same for the desk staff when we checked out. The woman was rude and unfriendly. Breakfast was lackluster at best. Instant eggs, overcooked sausage and breakfast potato for hot options and the juice was extremely watered down. The pool and atrium were definitely the highlight. ”

“I found neon toy drums in my window. I could see the bathroom floor was dirty and unmopped. There was a white liquid stain on my chair. The wallpaper was washed out in areas. The rooms need to be truly cleaned. Lastly on night two it was noisy in the lobby past 2am and I could not sleep.”

“When I checked into my room, I noticed that the beds and room had not been properly cleaned. I reported the issue and was moved to another room, but unfortunately the beds in that room were also not cleaned. Because of this, I ended up checking out. Since then, I’ve been getting the runaround while trying to resolve this issue. I’m very unhappy with the experience. and still have not received a refund or a response to the email i was told to send to ”

“The room and bathroom and bedroom was very clean. So is the kitchen. The staff is also extremely helpful. Unfortunately, in our first room, the microwave did not work at all so they switched us to another room where there were two microwaves. One did not work, but the other one did work. Also, our first room seemed to have all of the pots and pans that we would have needed in the second room. So I guess if you need pots and pans and cups and things like that at the front desk because……

“The staff was very nice. Stayed for 3 nights, did not have anyone come empty trash or give new towels. Plus the water pressure is very low.”
