“paying this price can stay more more better hotel. so disappointed”

“Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!”

“Beauiful hotel in the heart of Bellagio with beautiful decoration face directly to Lake Como and next to the piers to other visiting spots of Lake Como. The balcony of the room can see the sunset view of Bellagio.”

“We stayed on a high floor with an incredible view of the lake! Best location, close to the ferry and bus stop. Very good renovated bathroom. Very good breakfast! The only negative point was the bed, which was not very comfortable, I felt the spring of the bed, but otherwise it was perfect.”

“It locates near the lake and the neighborhood is amazingly beautiful. Our first night stayed at the attic which is spacious and a nice lake view from the window. The second night switched to a room with a balcony viewing partial lake which I don’t recommend. Cause the room is really too small. Other than that, it’s recommended. ”
