「Husband and I had to make a quick stay due to air conditioning issues in our home during heat wave. Everything was wonderful!!!」

「Check was fast and easy. Room was clean. Plenty of towels and hair care products. Breakfast was delicious and varied daily. Staff was always friendly. Pool area was nice. Con: Rear door was never closed, not sure if key card reader worked, security concern. Water was leaking around the bottom of the door. Our rooms AC unit was a bit noisy/loud when it kicked on. Other than that, great stay, comfortable beds, coffee maker…thanks would stay again.」

「The people that worked there were very good to us. I feel the owner or the management of that hotel. I’d be ashamed of yourself leaving one person behind the desk 65 rooms to take care of they can’t do it. It’s very hard and they tried they did their best. That’s why I gave it a three not because of the people it’s because of the Owner and management of that hotel ought to be ashamed of themselves. They need to pay those people double pay that’s my personal opinion. Thank you.」

「Terrible. Hallways stunk of urine and musty carpet. Hallways were unconditioned in 100 degree weather. Bottom of bathroom sink in room 354 is cracked. The shower only had one temperature....scalding. The mattress was cheap, sprung, and ridiculously bouncy. The room phone did not work. There was no alarm clock, which is normally not a big deal, except there is not even one USB port in the room. In 2026. Not a single charging port for travelers who mistakenly forget to pack a charger, but has a...

「I wish I could rave about the pool but it was down for maintenance during a stay. So I requested a refund to stay somewhere else and all the responded with was yea, it isn't working!! They didn't respond to Expedia either! Don't stay here! Friends had Taco Bell wrappers and coke cans in their "clean" room when they checked in!」

「Everything was clean, staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was okay. Kept getting runaround with checkin and my checkin was an hour late because housekeeping was low staff. Had to keep driving around occupying my children while we waited. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.」
