「Dean and Paul are wonderful hosts and made our stay at the Birchwood extremely comfortable. They also helped us navigate our upcoming trip through inclement weather. The hotel itself is lovely and very thoughtfully constructed. Will definitely stay here next time in Pitlochry. 」

「What a wonderful overnight stay we had at Port Na Craig. A gem of a restaurant (tried and tested before) in the most stunning location. Staff were excellent, so helpful. Food was delicious as always. It was our first time staying overnight there and the cottage was like a home from home. Cosy and welcoming on a rainy night. Great choices for the delicious breakfast and lovely meeting Angela, the lovely owner. Will be back as soon as we can. 」

「Everything! Very warm welcome, great accommodation, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was probably the best I've ever had in a hotel. Breakfast staff were so nice and friendly. Lounge area was so comfortable with a fabulous wood burner and provided a rare area to meet and chat with other guests. In all when you're in Pitlochry stay here, or maybe just go to Pitlochry to stay here」

「The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs 」
