「After a 7 1/2 hour drive I went to check in and the woman behind the counter was on the phone… for 10 minutes and was never acknowledged. Finally when she did she told me the pool and hot tub were not working although both were filled. We drove all that way a day early for our tournament so the girls could enjoy the pool and have down time. I was very disappointed and was told if I want to complain I need to contact Expedia not them 😳. Needless to say next year I’ll be staying elsewhere.」

「We have stayed at this hotel before and would do so again. It is clean. Breakfast is good. They are pet friendly and are willing to put us in a room away from other guests (when possible) to keep our dog quiet. The only challenge this time was check in. They were rekeying all the doors so it was loud and the key did not work, twice. The second time that we carried our stuff to the 4th floor and the key did not work, the fire alarm sounded right above our head. That was rough for our little dog....

「The key we had didn’t work. We were at the very end so we had to walk all the way to the front for another key. It was late and chilly. The front desk staff was very friendly and apologetic. Room was clean. Bathroom was tiny. The air didn’t work that well. 」

The breakfast was as expected with the usual cold and hot items. My only criticism is that the beds are a bit firm, pillows were flat, and the sink didn’t drain well, but I’ve stayed at worse places. 」
