「Our stay at Koru was nothing short of exceptional. The lodge was comfortable, spotless and equipped with all amenities (even a heater and a/c). 「Elia greeted us on our arrival and he was very nice, sharing information about breakfast and the property. The palazzo was very clean, modern and cool vibe with exposed stone walls and creative lighting. We will definitely be coming back to Sicily and this will be our chosen place to stay!!! 」

However on arrival we were informed the pool, sea swimming and the dive centre were closed all of which open on 1st June as listed under the “services subsection” of the website. 「Very comfortable stay in a quiet area approximately 6 minutes walk to the Piazza del Duomo in the city centre. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooftop bar is delightful. Breakfast is fairly standard continental style. The Elite room is a touch of luxury and is worth the slightly higher price tag. I’d highly recommend a stay at this hotel in the heart of Catania.」

「This is an oasis of quiet. An old farmhouse, beautifully appointed. They will make dinner and breakfast for you. There is a lovely restaurant-bar area. You can walk a little ways in the woods. There is a pool. It was a relief to spend two nights here away from the cities. The mt etna park is just 23km away. Perfect!」
