“Doubletree Hilton at Cheltenham is fabulous for family trip where I ever experienced with. The staffs were very helpful for everything even I requested so much to suit for the elderly, such as shower bathroom etc. I would highly recommend the Hilton at Cheltenham for everyone.”

“I stayed for two nights. The room is clean and the bathroom is large and even has a bathtub. the staff knows I am travelling there for the first time, she kindly lend me a guidebook in traditional Chinese edition. That's very thoughtful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. ”

“The check in at the property was super easy and friendly. The room was spacious clean and had a big bathtub, as well as it’s own private enclosed patio. The hotel has its own restaurant and is within walking to other restaurants. I, unfortunately, had a stroke while I was on the property and was taken to a hospital by ambulance. The staff were immediately responsive, friendly and helpful in getting me care and exit out of the hospital via a disability ramp. They worked closely with……

“Check-in staff were excellent considering my arrival was late at night! Very comfy bed and the breakfast was delicious! Fantastic location, so close to the town centre and good free parking. Would defo stay here again!”

“Chef could not handle my no salt soft diet. My wife had to forget about her low salt diet. We were disappointed with the menu, which I found impossible to read because I am red green colour blind. The hotel appeared to not understand what is colour blindness. We shall book again as we have done before. But we will not eat in the evening. This is the second time that we have had issues with the food. ”
