Nice spot but complex self check-in only

A nice place to stay, however, there is no reception as stated and all checking in has to be dealt with yourself via Whatsapp, meaning providing many details of each guest and scans of all passports. Very complicated when travelling with a big group, if you don’t use Whatsappdeal with technology well. None of this was clear at the time of booking.

Benidorm birthday weekend.

Location brilliant well equipped everything you needed spacious apartment liked the washing room and ironing room . Shutters made the rooms lovely and dark kept the early morning sun out if you like a lie in. No mirror apart from in bathroom there was plenty of wall space for at least three mirrors . The twin room faced a very busy road from about 5 am very noisy ear plugs probably a good idea if a light sleeper.

Estaba muy completo como piso para vacacionar, puedo decir que no le falta nada, el personal muy amable al recibirnos, toda la instalación muy bonita y limpia. Muy buena relación precio-calidad. Lo siguiente no es una queja, más como sugerencia. Para ser crítico, denota un poco de falta de mantenimiento, a pesar de su buen funcionamiento, los aires acondicionados están un poco sucios. La persiana de la terraza hacía bastante ruido al abrir y cerrar. Y por último diría que las almohadas podrían mejorar un poco ya que son bastante grandes y duras. Pero en general, el piso está muy bien.

Lo mejor la ubicación del apartamento, muy céntrico, y espacioso. También la rapidez con la que te atienden desde la agencia para solventar dudas. Por otro lado había desperfectos graves como la humedad del baño que había deteriorado la puerta y está levantada por abajo, las cerraduras en mal estado. Las camas suenan demasiado.
