Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

"The best thing about this property is its amazing staff. Every team member goes above and beyond to make your stay truly unforgettable, and their hospitality is what makes this hotel stand out. The biggest drawback is the buffet. It is very small and is only open for breakfast and lunch. In addition, the selection of food is quite limited and lacks the variety you would expect from an all-inclusive resort. That said, Sonia, Monse, Luis, Adriana, and Margarita provided outstanding service and made every meal more enjoyable. The Italian restaurant was excellent and easily my favorite dining experience. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. Zulue, Jorge, and Alberto took great care of us and delivered first-class hospitality. The Asian restaurant was average. The service was slow, and the food from the regular menu was below expectations. However, Esteban completely turned our experience around during our second visit at the teppanyaki table. Our room was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable. It honestly felt like we were staying at a different property—in the best possible way. The main pool was nice, but having only one bartender at the pool bar resulted in slow service. Unfortunately, most of the cocktails were excessively sweet. We are very familiar with Hyatt's all-inclusive brands, and based on our experience, this property does not fully deliver the level of quality and consistency we typically associate with a Dreams resort."

"We just finished our first,but not last, stay at Margaritaville Riviera Maya and it was amazing! The 24/7 room service, friendly staff, top notch food and drinks make this resort a place I would Highly recommend. I came to celebrate my 50th Birthday and do not have one complaint. My husband and I are already looking at returning with friends."

Ventus Ha at Marina El Cid Spa & Beach Resort - All Inclusive

"Great stay at Ventus Ha. Family of 4 staying in a double double bedroom. Room was large enough for us and the double sinks outside the toilet and shower meant everything was more convenient. The staff were brilliant, massive shout out to Elvis (breakfast at A’akat) and Jorge (Waves Bar) who went above and beyond. We loved that the other two hotels were available, the pools there were much louder and busier, whereas the Ventus Ha pool was more tranquil. The food was really good, the lunch buffet had some great choice. Make sure you get to Kobo the teppenyaki restaurant. Downsides: it’s not a beach resort and it’s not particularly close to nearby amenities. Also could do with ice creams at poolside bar, but my waistline wouldn’t thank me for saying it. For the jumpy: there are wild crocodiles at the back of the resort (behind secure fences) and we bumped in to lizards and raccoons daily. The downstairs rooms at Ventus are covered by foliage, get an upper room if you can, suspect it’s pretty dark on floors 1&2."
