"Stayed at this hotel twice but this time wasn’t that great. Was offered a room upgrade several days before and was never told that the room I requested wasn’t available until I checked in which would have been really helpful to know beforehand. Waited almost 45 minutes in the check in line. Watched people in front of me get offered a drink upon check in and I was not offered one. Valet took upwards to 30 minutes to both order and retrieve vehicle. Got assistance with luggage upon check in but then was verbally pressured for a tip afterwards. Asked Front Desk for engineering assistance… nobody showed up. Asked for help with luggage on checkout and the bellman didn’t even help load the luggage to the car they just left us alone with the cart in the middle of lobby and left."

"AC kept room cool. Breakfast wasn’t top tier but it served its purpose. My travel partners and I appreciate the great customer service from front desk. Only thing missing was a large luggage trolley to take all 3 of us luggage’s to our room"

"I’m disappointed with the level of service during my visit. Several staff members were not welcoming or attentive. From the moment we arrived, there was no acknowledgment, we had to approach staff outside just to ask for assistance. One response we received was, “You need help(after we asked🙄😒)?” which felt dismissive rather than helpful. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve once inside. There was little to no eye contact, and the staff member assisting us appeared visibly annoyed based on their facial expressions and body language. We were also not given clear information about what was available or what we could use, which made the visit more confusing than it should have been. Customer service should be consistent and professional, regardless of who the customer is. A welcoming attitude and clear communication go a long way. If interacting with customers is part of the role, it should be handled with a basic level of courtesy and respect. Based on this experience, I would not return or recommend this place to others."

"Overall I wanted to love this property from the pictures, but after spending my time there it was pretty ok. We got to the room and it was really nice, despite the view having some constriction but overall still nice. I lived the bathroom the most. The kitchen area was nice as well but the fridge was not cleaned properly. There was hair in a lot of different places and it seemed like the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned which I was not happy about but I just ignored it. Call me old school but I wish they had an iron and iron board, instead they had a steamer. The pool had a bit of construction going on but it was okay overall. This hotel has a lot of potential and I enjoyed my stay, just didn’t have the wow factor that I was expecting."

"The elevators were fast which is a plus. The room was a little off with the light situation. It was nice to have multiple wall outlets."

"I highly recommend this hotel . Great hospitality. Quiet and clean environment. Parking was very convenient as well. Make sure to come to this hotel if you’re in the Miami area"
