Great Location on a Quiet Street

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. While it was just the two of us, there's plenty of room to comfortably sleep more. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, dishware, utensils, etc. And the dressing room/ closet is fantastic, plenty of room to unpack. Great location, close enough to walk to the shops and beach. We would stay here again!

Lovely eco-friendly retreat in Bethany Beach

Beautiful home in a great location. Would sleep 10 comfortably. Great outside space. Close to Bethany’s shops and boardwalk. Close to the Coastal Highway and beaches. Loads of great restaurants in the area.

Would definitely stay again

I’ve stayed at tons of beach houses and i really liked that this property has some style. It’s very modern and the layout is very efficient. It’s located relatively close to downtown Bethany and the oceanfront . You could walk it in about 15 minutes and bike even quicker (which is how my family gets around in Bethany). We really enjoyed our stay here and I would definitely stay again.

Great location

The house is in a great location - a quiet side street, but still within walking distance to the center of town and the beach. The trolley also stops right down the street for a quick, free ride back from town. The house comfortably slept our party of 6; however, we did have a few issues during our stay that took longer than expected to address. Overall, the house is nice, but does have some wear and tear that use some upkeep.

My wife and myself, have previously stayed here late February into March. We had loved it so much, we came back for New Years. It was absolutely a blast. Very quiet neighborhood during the weekend perfectly located in the middle of everything. We love using the fire place every night. Highly recommend this home in Bethany.

Beautiful House in a Great Location

This house is beautifully decorated and well situated near the beach yet in a quiet neighborhood. There are many nice touches such as linens and toiletries were provided. There was plenty of space for our family of 6. My only concern was the downstairs bedroom design seemed odd with a glass door to the outside. We did not feel safe enough to have our young children sleep in that room.

Quiet and Comfy

This modern home is about a 15- minute walk to the beach and is located on a quiet street with ample parking. The property comes with a residential permit if you need to drive to the beach. Our family of 6 especially loved having private spaces with comfortable beds and bathrooms that had unique and modern features. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces to relax, eat, and play games with two decks and a firepit area. The ping-pong table was a fun addition, too. The Vacasa staff was responsive

Nice time

Home is great location but is showing wear and tear…..had a great vacation; only gave 3 stars mainly because the beds were very poor quality and so they were uncomfortable. Streaming on TV also wasn’t working well due to poor internet connectivity. Otherwise we enjoyed our visit.

Overall great experience! However, the house could have been a little cleaner. Some of the linen was stained and should be replaced. Locks on the upstairs bathroom and bedroom would be nice.

Nice house, room for improvement

Nice house. Lots of room. Some things need to be fixed. Dishwasher was broken, internet was not working, handle of bathroom was broken, back door wouldn't lock, and the refrigerator filters needed to be replaced. Small things that just need to be cleaned up, but other than that, the house was a nice place and location!

Beautiful eco-friendly property. Great location. There were only 5 of us, but would sleep 10 comfortably. A list of a few suggestions left with the rental Company for a few things that would make the home more user friendly (signage on light switches and remotes, for instance). A few safety issues (curling area rugs). There were some glasses left in the dishwasher, and towels in the dryer from previous users of the house. None of these issues would deter us from renting the property again.

Horrible Experience

The property was not well maintained (weeds, dirty, etc.). Cleaning team was still there when we arrived at the property and we had to drive around while they finished. But worst of all, there was a gas leak at the property which left the house full of fumes and my family sick. When the gas to the property was shut off, it also left the house without hot water. We needed relocated after less than a day in the house. HORRIBLE experience!!!

Relax in peace and quiet

Absolutely loved this place. The house is spacious with tons of amenities. It has a modern layout and an especially nice kitchen/living room area with a gas fireplace. There are three different bedrooms if you’re staying with other guests and want separate spaces, plus several couches and additional places to relax. We felt welcome as soon as we walked in with a handy sheet explaining which remote controls what, some of the green-friendly features of the house, how to use the grill outside, etc. They have board games, books to read, puzzles and even a ping pong table. We loved the patio in the late afternoon/early evening as well — perfect for relaxing with a nice book. The house is on a quiet street. There’s no thru traffic, and we didn’t have any trouble with street or neighbor noise. It’s a short walk to the Bethany beach and several restaurant options. And Bethany is a great little beach town within easy driving distance of Rehoboth and Ocean City — we took day trips to both. Can’t say enough good things about this place. We’ll definitely be going back.
