However, the overall cleanliness of the rental could be improved, especially in the common areas, which were not as tidy as expected. It would be great if more attention could be given to cleaning before the next guest’s arrival. “The house was located in a perfect spot, up on the hill in the middle of nature! Spacious house, larger than it looks in the pictures. The outdoor area was perfect, huge deck with lots of tables and chairs, fire pit, and even a screened in pavilion. We live out of state and wanted a place where our family could drop by and see us! “Loved this property. Solid construction made for a very quiet and sound sleep. We did not use the kitchen but it seems to be well appointed. We were nervous about hearing sirens since we were close.to.the hospital but.we didn't. The ambulances either turn their sirens off that close or that is a testimonial as to how solid the house was built. Great layout too. Extra.half bath was nice to have.”
