"Beds were comfortable, breakfast was average, and the location was amazing. Lower rating because it was run down in some ways-wallpaper in our room had scratched like furniture had been dragged down the wall, some corners in the bathroom weren’t clean, and the sliding door track stuck a little. Nothing devastating, but not what I expected for their top tier suites. We got in late and it was snowing in the morning so we asked if could check out an hour later and were told no. I didn’t understand why because it’s a weekday in the offseason. They were nowhere near full and it would have been a good chance for great customer service."

Awesome view of the lake and Mackinac island. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to take advantage of the deck and patio, but they would be fantastic in the winter. Kitchen has everything you could need to cook. "
