“Local aprazível, super agradável ”

“My stay at the Florida House Inn was as expected. I am a solo budget traveler who is hardly in her room but to sleep so I had what I needed very close to all Amelia Island has to offer. I could come and go as I pleased and the parking was right out the back gate, though not guaranteed, but I was parked by early afternoon and didn't leave. I stayed on a friday evening so I did expect some noise as the Inn is right next to the Green Turtle, one of the most popular bars downtown. There was live……

“If perfection was a place... this is it. This gorgeous, Victorian-style home is beautifully appointed and conveniently located close to the beach as well as amazing restaurants and an adorably walkable downtown area. -- The home itself is elegant and comfortable with an atmosphere that is quietly romantic. Each guest room is perfectly and uniquely decorated. We especially enjoyed the abundance of conversation areas and reading nooks. It is also well-stocked with anything a guest may need for……

“We loved the location and the cottage was cute! We don’t stay in hotels so we always opt for VRBO. Our cottage was cute and fit our needs. Overall, it was cute, location was great, we could walk to the beach and restaurants and it’s always nice to have more privacy than a hotel can ever offer! Cons: The bathroom floor was clearly damaged which was made clear right away. After the shower leaked out, we knew what had caused that issue. “Very close to historical downtown and other shopping. What I didn’t like was dusty inside and the disposing of our trash was not super clear. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again or any other Tucker Stay property.”

“We stayed at the Seaglass for a few days and it was perfect for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable. There were snacks in a basket when we arrived - such a lovely touch. It was great to have beach chairs and an umbrella for our use so we didn’t have to bring those. It was just a short walk to the beach and the pool and we had a lovely view of both. The location was great - just a short drive to shopping and restaurants. Thanks so much to our hosts for the hospitality!”
