「Couldn’t have been better! Ruben and Jessica were exceptional hosts - very friendly, helpful on local ideas and almost always available via phone, text or just knocking. Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. 「This was a perfect spot for my first solo trip to Puerto Rico. It’s a very short walk to seven seas beach. Plenty of people watching and food. If you want to escape the crowd, just keep walking down the beach maybe 5-10min walk along the shore. The condo is clean and the host responded right away when I had questions. I had an amazing visit and cannot wait to come back. 」

「The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update. We pay way too much for what we got. 」

「I'd stay away. I wanted to give them a good review. We didn't have running water for 2 nights! The host told us if we stayed, we'd get a refund for the 2 nights. She said it'd go through in two weeks. It's been two weeks and expedia said no request was submitted. Expedia is only giving half back and I'm fighting to get what was promised as it ruined part of our experience in PR. Besides the lack of running water, it was as advertised.
