The condo was very clean and spacious. Only complaints…TVs were terrible, one didn’t even come on, and no beach view. Also, the check-in process can be difficult if you arrive after hours.

Nice condo with new carpets. Unfortunately, the washer and dryer were malfunctioning and not working while we were there. Also, we had trouble with a very slow draining bathtub.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: sad experience about the parking my car. Got no help from office had to find out storage from someone else. Had to pay a storage fee when they had parking available.

Overall, the property was good. We enjoyed our stay. We had a little bit of difficulty with the code for the pool and had to call and ask what it was. The code given in our condo had not been updated. The complex was quiet and not crowded, which was nice. Our girls enjoyed the pool very much. The condo could have been cleaner. When we were packing to leave the last morning my girls informed me that they had found black hair on their sheets when we arrived the first day but had not told me. This information was very upsetting. I informed the property manager about this. She apologized, but I’m not sure that I would stay here again. Clean sheets are a basic thing. Had it not been for that incident, I would have given top reviews.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Prior to arrival I received a call informing me that a packet with my parking pass and pool wrist bands would be left for me in a lock box, which doesn't lock by the way. There was no packet and the office was closed. Being a new visitor I was fearful of being towed and didn't want issues with my kids swimming. Unfortunately I made several calls and left messages with PRM, who never returned my calls. I finally was able to get in touch with the property managers who informed me that PRM never sent my info and that they were pretty lenient with parking and the wrist bands. After finally being able to put that behind me, we arrived in our unit and it was awesome. It was clean, and very spacious. We were told to bring pool towels but there were some in the unit to our surprise. The only issue was the blinds. Once we opened them in the Master bedroom they were falling apart at the bottom. They may need to invest in a set of better set of quality blinds.

This was a trip that we booked at the spur of the moment for one of the busiest weekend of the summer season. Such a great place and excellent location! Everything was very clean and had a perfect view overlooking the pool. There was enough space for our party of 5 and I know that we will definitely be booking this exact rental again the next time that we are in town!

We drove 8 hours for my sons wedding and there were 4 of us (3 women). Property is in a great location and we didn’t have to travel long to get to the different destinations. Very clean and spacious. We were able to all get ready in a timely manner and not be cramped for space. My only suggestion is if you are picky about pillows, bring your own to sleep on because these were a little flat. Very clean pool! We won’t stay at hotels now that we have found Vrbo!

Nice apartment just had a few issues. Didn't receive our pool bracelets till the day after we arrived. We never knew anything about them never knew we had to get anything or speak to anyone. It had 2 pool codes in the book one didn't work didn't try the other. T.v remote for guest room didn't work. Those were just minor issue. Our biggest issue was the apartment above us had a kid or kids or something that ran back and forth past midnight. Idk if they were visitors or if they live there permanently but lord you can not get sleep when all you hear is running back and forth. Also one other thing. For the price to stay they could splurge a little for a little bit more comfortable beds. They were like sleeping on bricks. But it is a beautiful place.

We had a great stay in Biloxi with family in July (age range 1 - 93). The pool is very nice and the condo has a pleasant view of the area. The building has ample parking and an elevator, making access very easy. Communication was prompt and professional. Recommend.
