「The toilet was clogged」

「Overall the property was nice and clean but 4 out of 10. The first issue we had was the address that is linked to GPS isn’t accurate. We ended up at another location and the property owners even have a sign saying their ranch wasn’t Postcard Cabins so this is obviously an ongoing problem that cost us about an extra 30min. The check in was quite late 4pm and check out by 11am and even though I asked to check in at 3 there was no response. The worst part is having to put out the fire pit by 10pm...

「The Spa」

「We just had the absolute most perfect little stay in a Yurt here! Everything was even better than expected, and the finishes in the room were very nice plus it came with everything you would need to cook. We went in the middle of the week, so there was hardly anyone there and we enjoyed the pool, the Pickleball courts, the pool table and just walking the beautiful grounds in general. It’s very close to downtown and attractions like Old Baldy so we will definitely be back!」

「The staff here was remarkable. We had one morning when an employee called out late leaving hot breakfast delayed. Anthony and Alecs took charge and got things rolling in spite of one jerk who walked around ranting and raving and delaying the employees who were trying to fix the problem. The staff was very courteous, friendly, willing to help. We stayed 5 days and regret nothing.」

「This was a wonderful getaway place. Nestled way off the beaten path in the hills. It had a spa atmosphere with plenty of places to lounge around the property. It had lots of shady trees and chairs placed all over to sit and relax. It had a nice pool and jacuzzi and a spa center attached to it if you wanted to schedule a massage. The rooms were very nicely furnished and clean. The staff was superb. Eli, the property manager made sure our every wish was taken care of. Dinner there was also...
