I made a note that this trip was for my girlie's birthday, and they decorated our bed with rose petals, filled our bathtub w flowers, and even delivered a cake to our door while singing happy birthday. Denny, the manager, ensured everyone on the team was working in unison and now that we're at another resort in Uluwatu, we can't wait for our next trip back here at Wapa Di Ume in Ubud. From the warm welcome to the seamless check-in process, it was evident that the staff, especially Pita (service hospitality), she was amazing and took care of my family and I from start to finish. They took care of our needs with remarkable efficiency, always with a smile. The rooms were spacious and I especially liked their semi-outdoor bathrooms. The culinary experience was a definite highlight; the dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented.
