Superb service

Superb service and a very nice family hotel with pool and a nice view of the sea. So friendly, kind and welcoming host family. We arrived quite late in the evening and they waited for us and extended our stay with one hour because we were so tired and needed some sleep and we could use the pool after check out as well. Warmly recommended.

Fantastic place to stay for rest and relaxation. The apartments are located away from the hustle and bustle of Budva. The views of the ocean from here are spectacular and the pool is great. The sunsets are stunning as well. The apartment is comfortable, clean, spacious and quiet. The owners are very helpful and friendly. The bus stop is at the bottom of the hill about a 5 minute walk and the small grocery store is there as well. All in all a wonderful place to stay right outside of Sveti Stefan.

Fantastic!

Fantastic is all I can say! The hosts were friendly and the apartments were great. The pool area is the best of my trip so far and you get a fantastic sea view of Budva. I will definitely be staying again on my next trip to Montenegro and can’t recommend enough.

Établissement avec piscine et vue top.

Appartement comportant climatisation et coin cuisine avec un lit double dans une chambre et un canapé lit dans le salon. Nous étions au dernier étage de l'immeuble et la vue depuis la terrasse de la chambre sur Stevi Stefan est magnifique tout comme sur le couché de soleil. Bonne connexion wifi. Prendre le petit déjeuner et l'apéro depuis le balcon de la chambre est vraiment top. Piscine et places de parking disponibles. Je ne peux que recommander cet établissement.

Buzdolabı çalışmıyordu ancak hayati bir ihtiyaç olmadığı için önemsemedik. Görevlilere söylesek çözülür müydü, ne kadar sürede çözülürdü bilmiyorum. Büyük bir otoparkı var. (yaklaşık 11-12 araçlık) Ancak oda sayısı fazla olduğu için dolu olabiliyor. Gayet temizdi.

Anbefales!

Kjempefin lokasjon med en uslåelig utsikt over Adriaterhavet. Fantastiske solnedgang. God størrelse på badebassenget og tilgjengelige solstoler på terrassen er et stort pluss. Veldig hyggelige eiere og fin restaurant rett i nærheten. Rommet var stort og fint og hadde balkong med flott utsikt utover havet. Det trengs noen justeringer, eks. at kjøleskapet ikke virket og det skulle vært forheng eller glassvegg til dusjen, da det sprutet endel vann på gulvet på badet. Døren kunne låses, men ikke lukkes på vanlig måte da dørlåsen var litt ødelagt. Regner med at dette er lett å reparere og det er uansett fristende å komme tilbake hit pga. beliggenhet, stedets fasiliteter, utsikten, kort vei med bil til veldig fine strender ved Sveti Stefan og store fine rom.

We loved this place. We stayed higher up with a great view and had an amazing sunset. It was quiet, there are cute little restaurants around and the owner is very nice. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent short stay

We had a one night stay here. We were heartily welcomed by one of the family that run it and he helped us with parking (as they were quite busy) - it was not a problem and we didn't get blocked in. The family were lovely and very helpful. The room had a nice view of Sveti Stefan and had a comfy bed. The bathroom was very small though. It was all very clean. Only downside was night time noise as doors kept slamming - more a problem with the other guests really than the hotel, but it is an echoy stairwell. The pool area was good, not massive, but there aren't that many apartments. You can get a drink at the bar by the pool too. There is a rustic restaurant near by which was quite good - so we didn't have to drive far. Also the hotel has a nice view over the sea, but it would be a steep walk down and up again to a beach - probably best with a car. For our one day stay it was perfect. I probably wouldn't stay a whole week though.

Budget stay with view

+ Value for money, view, pool, parking - Not many restaurants in the area, a lot of noice from people moving chairs(in the pool area) above the studio apartments, thin walls, no shower curtain(floor flooded after a shower), bad internet connection/speed , you need a car/taxi to get anywhere, does not accept cards, to pay for the stay, even though they have a card machine. My guess, they want cash with no receipt.
