“We were there the week following Memorial Day and the pool was not open/under renovations, the restaurant/bar was not open at all in the afternoon or evening when we arrived but was open for breakfast next day. The staff person was very nice and accommodating, but he was the only one there and seemed to be racing around from one location to another. Nice layout, and although we were expecting to be I. The Main hotel ( as we thought we booked) the sister hotel down the road where the pool was……

“Newly renovated property in Old Harbor directly off the ferry. Room was very comfortable and modern with A/C. Full bar and restaurant directly below the rooms. We would stay again in a heartbeat.”

“I got to the room at 10 pm and it had never been serviced. Bathroom towels on the floor, bed sheets all over the place. But this is not a hotel, really, but a room in some building far away from where you check in. I cancelled the second night and nobody has every called back, or apologized, or credited me with this horrible experience.”
