「I can think of nothing to dislike about this extraordinary property. Beautiful, manicured lawns and gardens offering beautiful vistas and pathways. The main lodge and rooms are so beautifully decorated and the atrium and dining room are spectacular as is the food. Enjoyed sitting at the bar with a nice glass of wine and chatting with the knowledgeable, nice, young bartender. Staff is friendly and helpful all leading the visitor to a special experience.」

「The only positive attribute of the place was it's proximity to Middleburg. The house was very dirty and disarray. The kitchen, which was open to guests, had dirty dishes and pots and pans in the sink the whole time. The kitchen counter was loaded with stuff. The front room, where checkin took place was a mess -- the desk area for the attendant had clothes on the floor and various items on the floor. The swimming pool had algae across the bottom -- it had not been vacuumed forever and you...

「The room was wonderful and the property is stunning. Unfortunately our room was right next to the air condensers and kept waking us up. It was not a restful night. There were also not people available to help us with our bags when we arrived.」

「We had such a lovely weekend staying here. Eddie, the property manager, was wonderful, check-in and check-out were incredibly easy, and the house was spotless. It truly felt like staying in a family home, and we were treated like family during our stay.The location is the perfect distance from Harpers Ferry, with great trails, delicious restaurants, and wineries nearby. The views from the house and surrounding area were absolutely out of this world, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place...

「Beautiful Sunsets, older cabin, not too steep of a drive up, outside deck is nice and fire pit area out front! Harper’s Ferry Area is cute and full of history! Be in shape to hike and climb while you are here, especially if you plan on doing a ghost walk after walking the town all day! 5 friends girls trip was great! 」
