「They couldn't find our reservation, only had us down for 1 night not 3. So we had to check out and check back in the next day when they had someone who could figure it out. The photos aren't correct, that's the photos once they finish upgrading the hotel. Not that It was super terrible, but I do use photos to judge and pick the rooms」

「Rug is room was worn and torn. Supposed to have a restaurant and bar...bar was open 1 evening and closed the entire rest of time. No restaurant...only breakfast bar. Lobby needs to be updated」

「The Room was very clean, Made us feel at home. Had just about everything we needed but anything we didn’t have we were able to get with a quick trip to Walmart. It is on an intersection so it can be a little noisy at nights or in the early morning with cars driving by but my fiance really enjoyed his birthday stay here!」

「It was loud at night. noise from the street, next door, hall way etc. A/C was also VERY loud! Poor water pressure (4th floor) was frustrating. Good breakfast though. Had to ask front desk for the $21 food/drink credit because he forgot.」

「The hotel itself is very nice and well kept. We had quite a long wait at the front desk, but our room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Our biggest complaint is that our toilet room (separate from the shower) continuously gave off a sulfur smell into our room. It was very strong after we came back from dinner and being out for the evening.」

「The receptionist was great. The two complimentary water was thoughtful. However, I think my room was next to the laundry room, so I could hear whenever it was spin drying the clothes. I can also hear when staff was loading clothes. It was pretty loud and disturbing.」
