「I stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling to Myrtle Beach. Within a few days, I developed multiple clusters of bites on my arms and ear. The reaction became severe enough that I had to visit a doctor, who felt the bites were consistent with bed bug bites. What should have been a relaxing family vacation has instead involved medication, discomfort, and constant worry about whether I may have brought something home with me. I hope management takes this seriously and thoroughly inspects...

「The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The bed and pillows were comfortable and good water pressure in the shower. The only issue was the air conditioning which left the room and everything in it feeling damp and uncomfortable while trying to sleep.」
