「Boardwalk is a beautiful place with an incredible staff that is super-responsive to the guests. The casitas are roomy, have a kitchenette which is really handy for leftovers, etc., and a nice menu for lunch and dinner. The only downside is that it's not right on the ocean--there's a little shuttle that takes you to the beach, or you can walk there in about five minutes. Always enough palapas by the pool and by the beach!」

There are great amenities for relaxation including a pool, outdoor kitchen, and multiple outdoor spaces with seating. 「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」
