“No tv although on description, pets had been in property although no pets on description. parking is awful and dangerous”

“Communication in the build up and during check in was fantastic. The pictures represented the property, the bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen well equipped and the property was spotless. However, we had a problem 1 evening and needed to reach the host, the only way to try to contact was through various automated channels and we never heard back from anyone despite including a video of the problem.”

“Very clean comfy good location and lovely staff well worth a visit”

“staff were absolutely friendly, the room was so clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who wants to have an amazing view when eating breakfast or going on a walk”

“AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! stayed here for work, only room left available was a "superior suite" arrived at the property which is in a very remote area (which was nice but also left nothing to do) checked in to find my "suite" had been forcibly downgraded to a twin room, after i'd checked in i went straight for dinner because the restaurant was due to close at 9pm (food was very average as well, i'm 1/4 Italian and the italian cuisine here was tasteless and small im portion size, very……

“Excellent facilities for our family base, couldn't have asked for more in terms of quality of location, equipment and entertainment for all including games, media etc. We wanted a location we could use to explore the whole island and we found it worked perfectly. Couldn't have been cleaner, great welcome pack to help you when you first get there, safe parking, great garden grounds to utilise, family friendly and ran by a great couple who are close by for any reassurances you may need.”

“Could not fault this place. Had a excellent 3 nights. ”

“Classic Britain hotel and the staff is frenidly, cheerful and helpful. Great place to stay.”

When asking the staff what time it would finish, the manager intervened into an amicable conversation and proceeded to be aggressive, confrontational and abusive towards to me. This included calling me an offensive term multiple times. And suggesting to his staff that they……

“环境舒适，所用的东西都是五星级标准的，有格调，房子内挂着家族的各种油画，有一种体验英国贵族生活的感觉”

“Need to be very accurate on the agreed check in time. Otherwise, visitors may have difficult tobwait as the property is on a very narrow street and parking without a permit is forbidden.”

“Great hotel. Worth going. Service is good. The room is amazing. ”

“The motel was nice, the beds were not comfortable that is the only issue we had with the room, the pub was nice but had a load of fruit flies that was off putting especially when you see them over the pastries at breakfast, the staff are very friendly”
