“Location, location, location. We love being so close to the beach. Your cottage is adorable and we loved it again. As far as feedback, we have some. The backyard was a bit run down this time. The fence was broken I imagine from the rain storms . It also looks as though the gardener left piles which were needed to be recycled into the green bin. Last time the back yard was pristine. The bed was also a bit soft this time. Everything breaks down eventually. Just feedback for you. On the whole,……

“My partner and I had a pleasant stay in the cottage which was private, clean, bright and comfortable, though dated and as we were told, will eventually be renovated. For our stay it was very functional. The kitchen is equipped with full sized appliances and a dishwasher. There is a small laundry room in the cottage with full-sized washer and dryer, great for stays over a few days. The bedroom has a comfortable bed and lovely views out to the trees. The bathroom was small with a tiny shower……

“Very cute little beach house. Easy in/out, close to the beach. Only negative would be lack of an oven to cook. Otherwise, place was clean, really enjoyed it. Would stay again, for sure.”

“We are locals and this was the perfect getaway to our favorite beach in the area. Easily walkable to restaurants, the beach, and one of our top hikes (Matt Davis). Perfect for a family of 4. It's part of a hub of cottages and I would love to look into booking out a block of them with families/friends. Property interior is super cute and newly renovated. Can't wait to return!”

“I loved my stay at this comfortable, quiet, private cottage. It was a perfect location close to stores, restaurants and the sights I wanted to see. There were even two deer who hung out under the trees outside the carport. I appreciated the kitchen which was equipped with everything I needed. Once I needed to contact the host about something and she responded immediately. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The rental exceeded all my expectations! I especially loved the quiet and secluded location of the cottage. The interiors are thoughtfully appointed and designed, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. All the amenities I needed were available, including an ironing board, iron, fridge, and toaster. It was delightful to sit on the deck and relax in the sun. Even small details such as bathroom towels and bathroom tissue were of premium quality! I had a bit of trouble finding the correct……

“Peaceful view towards the ocean through the opened wall of windows. Great room was spacious, well supplied kitchen. Large rainfall shower with good water pressure. However, there is no storage for clothing, so we lived out of suitcases for the 5 days we were there. It met our needs.”

“The unit was lovely, clean, cozy and peaceful. Amazing deck and hot tub, with views / sunsets across the bay. And, I think we were very fortunate since the houses/units on both sides of us were unoccupied, which made the space and setting that much more relaxing and felt like all our own for a weekend. Easy parking right in front. One very minor downside for us is that you cannot walk anywhere from here - it's a very narrow stretch of the road with little/no walking space - so we had to drive……

“Cute shabby chic-style casita - 5 min walk to beautiful clean beach, coffee/lunch/snack/ice cream/dinner options plus a little general store across the street. The main casita has one bedroom, 1 bath, living/dining and kitchen. Back casita has just bed/bath. They are connected via 2 lush & lovely courtyards: one with the grill and the other with firepit, chairs and picnic table dining. Landscaping is very zen and we could hear the ocean at night. Interior-wise, has anything you could need and is……

“The instructions were to park in a special place designed for guests. A cart port. However as we pulled into the property, a lady had already parked there and plugged her car in and quickly ran into the house. The email told us to park in that place. We knocked in the door where the lady went but no response at all. Calling or contacting the host was a failure on multiple attempts. The sign on the door said to take our shoes off, but if you do, you will end up with pet hair on your socks or bare……

“The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure ”
