“Great location to stay - especially if you like baseball! Amazing view of Oracle Park, modern building with access to terrace with hot tub and a media room. Adrianna was the perfect host - very communicative and accommodating. 2 friends travelling - one in main room and one on blow up bed in living area - which was comfortable. Would recommend the stagecoach greens outdoor mini golf a few blocks away (5 minute walk). Good fun and helps raise money for a local children’s charity. The street……

“David's apartment is a beautiful, well-maintained, and nicely-furnished 2-bedroom located near 9th st and Folsom st. It has everything you'd need for a long-term stay. The front bedroom is the nicer of the two: the natural light and desk make for a very comfortable space. The back bedroom has no desk and the window looks out directly into the siding of the building, so there's no view. But the room is comfy. Both rooms have closets and tons of storage space. “My husband and I stayed in this wonderful apartment for a month. The apt is spacious for 2 people, and the balcony adds a great touch to the overall apartment. Everything was clean, and of great quality. David was extremely courteous and prompt in his replies and sharing information about the property. “The house is delightful, wacky and wonderful. Great natural light, great views, and such a pleasant walk into the village and beach.”

“The instructions were to park in a special place designed for guests. A cart port. However as we pulled into the property, a lady had already parked there and plugged her car in and quickly ran into the house. The email told us to park in that place. We knocked in the door where the lady went but no response at all. Calling or contacting the host was a failure on multiple attempts. The sign on the door said to take our shoes off, but if you do, you will end up with pet hair on your socks or bare……

“The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure ”
