「The first room I was placed in smelled like death and despair and was put in another room that looked like more people spent time trying to break out of than break in. The bed was like laying on a gravel parking lot. 」

「Hotel was clean , staff was very friendly and located in a good area. Only negative is the TV which has a channel guide on Channel 1 but none of the 1 or 2 digit numbers on that match the 3 digit numbers or even come close so you have to scroll channel by channel to find something you like which is why I only gave 3 stars for amenities, 」

「Terrible breakfast. There is no breakfast buffet, their online description is highly deceptive and misleading. There was some lukewarm coffee, a few dry bagels, muffins and toast. No eggs, no links, no bacon… nothing warm. Then the manager had the audacity to tell me that I didn’t even qualify for any breakfast since I didn’t book directly with the hotel. Expedia members don’t count. I also qualified as a VIP guest which they ALSO didn’t honor (no free beverage). Small stuff like that ruins your...

「Really appreciated that the team there started breakfast early since there was a lot of kids that had to be over at the college for the start of their competition close to 7 AM. The team also did an amazing job continuing to refill food as there were a ton of people down getting breakfast all at the same time. Thanks so much!」
