“GOOD - Hotel was very clean and the staff very accommodating. Roberto the bartender was the best. Very friendly and made me feel right at home. Not to mention he makes the best drinks! But the mixed alcohol drinks were $20 euros each?!?! BAD - The hotel is 2-3 miles from all of the major sites. The air-conditioning was non existent, never got below 20C in our room. The buffet is limited, scrambled eggs were wet soggy, what they call bacon was raw, and the coffee was gross. Capaccino and……

“Clean, good location, nice amenities. Not a staffed hotel though, so read your email to be prepared for the remote check in proccess. Their customer service was good though, I neglected to read the details and came in late. The customer service line was helpful and got me checked in remotely, it would have been better if I would have read the fine print and completed the steps before my arrival.”

“When we booked our stay orbits. We expected to be a hotel with some semblance of service. It was more like an Airbnb, which if we were gonna do that, we would’ve booked that through Airbnb. “The room and bathroom were large, but the bedding didn’t match the apparent grandeur. The ceiling leaked during a rain storm and there was no maintenance on site, so they handed us towels and told us to call the front desk if it got worse :/ Not ideal. It was noisy on the street until at least midnight every night, even though it’s tucked away from the main streets. Included breakfast was average and unlabeled; at other hotels during our trip everything was labeled with allergen details, which……
