"The hotel was Ok. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had we paid for 3 people - 2 adults and one child. when we were checking in at the hotel. We were told our reservation is only for two people and we have to pay extra. Will open dispute via credit card as we got no support from the hotel or expedia"

"Didn't use the A/C. Disappointed with the view so we were moved to a higher up room but the view wasn't much better. As a vegan, I pre warned the staff on reception but all I could have for breakfast every day was cereal and oat milk - not good value for money. The building is big and impressive but a little tired and dusty in some areas. The corridors outside the rooms could be quite noisy, with doors banging etc. Good location though and very friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend the hotel to others, but I probably wouldn't stay there again. "

"Really pleased I picked this hotel. Was very clean, lovely bright rooms, comfortable beds, lovely breakfast and bar area and really nice roof terrace for aperitivo! Literally the only thing that I would have liked is a coffee machine in the room but the bar had very nice coffee anyway. I would definitely recommend."

"The rooms we clean and modern. There is a refrigerator and kettle which was a wonderful bonus. The location is excellent. It is so centralized to walk everywhere. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or return. We enjoyed our stay. "

"The restaurant up on the 7th F was excellent. I had lasagna for dinner and i had enjoyed every morsel of it. The staff all welcomed me with smiles and open arms. I like my room — very comfortable, good size compared to other places that I have stayed in Rome. And the breakfast spread was excellent. They had a corner for Easter food and I had appreciated it. "We had a wonderful 2 night stay in the junior suite. The room had lovely high ceilings, tons of natural light and a nicely updated bathroom. The breakfast was amazing. 10/10 both mornings and the food options change each day. The staff is great, very friendly and knowledgeable. We like the location although a bit outside the center. 5 min walk to Borghese and Spanish steps plus very close to Termini station. "

"Good location near lots of good restaurants. Not too far to walk to metro/train. Breakfast a particular delight and well worth the money with a pancake machine and fabulous view over the rooftops. "
