Old Salem charm house near downtown and ocean. Great for Halloween!!

Witch and Ghost tours and a buzzing restaurant district. A night sky perfect for stargazing from the large deck or enjoy the hot tub on the ground level. Very private back yard. The ocean is only 2 blocks away at Forest River Park and 3 min walk to Salem State University. Free off-street parking is available for two cars. Short one mile walk to the downtown area. Enjoy waterfront dining or take a cruise on one of the many trolly tours or tour- boats. Commuter Rail and busses daily to Boston.

Likes: Property is close to Salem historic sites. Neighborhood is safe, close to the uni and the locals are nice. Needs work: The door to the unit cannot be locked, neighbor downstairs is loud, the kitchen needs better cleaning.

This property is wonderful and perfect for a small family trip. My husband and I came with our 22 year old daughter and 9 year old grand-daughter. All the attractions are nearby as are great restaurants. The house was perfect for our times at our home away from home. Nice amenities and a hot tub! Scott, our host, was the best and always accessible for any questions. We can’t wait to come back!

Quaint Upstairs 2 bdrm.

We had a wonderful time in Salem! The place was quiet with a nice patio and hot tub that we used each night after a long day visiting the sites in town. The host was very responsive to all questions and offered suggestions to great places to dine.
