Great Stay

We enjoyed a nice long weekend in Newton Highlands. The apartment was very comfortable, the host was very attentive and the location was great. There is a fun Irish pub and a delicious bakery across the street and the T station for trips into Boston is very close. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay in Newton Highlands

Says was very responsive and accommodating. He recommended some local restaurants and attractions, we took him up on a couple and they were great. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with towels dishes and a few games/toys for the kids.

Staying here was a lovely retreat for our family. Easy access to Boston via car or metro just next door (a bit of non- bothersome train noise at apartment. Everything you need to cook for the family in the well stocked kitchen. Whole Foods close by. Local shops and restaurants across the street. Owner is personable and responsive- would highly recommend.

This was a great stay and location in Newtown with good restaurant and coffee shop options in walking distance. The place was exceptionally clean and right next to the Green Line T station. Stas was a great communicator and offered tips and suggestions for the local area.

Newton Highlands

Very spacious, well equipped and clean property. Outstanding location!! A couple hundred steps to the subway, restaurants, shops, and a small market. The Host was a real asset and responsive throughout our stay. Made us feel very welcomed. We would highly recommend for anyone needing to stay in the area and especially Boston College.

From the time we arrived, our host Stas was available and provided us with great information! The train was a great tip and way to see the city and O’Hara’s restaurant across had the best clam chowder in the city! We tried to find one that would rival O’Hara’s however nothing came close. Our rental was comfortable and provided a great getaway just out of the city.

Fall Visit to Boston

We had a great trip and a wonderful stay. We were greeted by Stas on arrival and he gave us a quick orientation to the quaint neighborhood center. A delightful pub is located across the street, along with an excellent breakfast diner just around the corner. The home was beautiful with so many special touches. Complimentary coffee was provided along with supplies for washing clothes. We enjoyed both during our 4 night stay. The Newton Highlands T station is next to the property and gave us convenient access to downtown Boston. We highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Lovely stay in Newton Highlands

We had an amazing stay at Stas’ inn in Newton Highlands. Traveled with another couple and each of us had a master suite with a private bathroom. The space was perfect for our needs and beds were very comfortable. The inn is a stones throw from the T although we didn’t really notice the noise as bothersome. It was however a 3 minute walk to get to the stop and we were always 30 minutes from Boston. The neighborhood is perfect for dining at the end of the day- or grabbing a pastry in the morning. O’Briens was delicious and packed every night. Shivas had amazing Indian food and such a friendly staff. Don’t miss out on a walk to Whole Foods through gorgeous neighborhoods of old restored homes from the late 1800s. And Stas was very friendly and responsive. Will stay again for sure!

Graduation trip

This apartment, the town, the communications, and the owner's going above and beyond were all exceptional. We felt comfortable and safe and enjoyed the amenities of this rental and the quaint town of Newton. There was even a Whole Foods Grocery Store merely half a mile away! Wow!

We have rented many times throughout the country and this tops them all. Stas, the host, was extremely responsive and helpful, especially in accommodating parking for our van, The apartment is spacious, which worked well for entertaining family. The location is great, with literally steps to the T for public transportation and everything one might need within a couple of blocks. A gem.

Charming and modern 2 bedroom apt in a picturesque town just outside of the city of Boston !

My family and I came in from New York for my son’s Northeastern University graduation. We were pleasantly surprised with the furnishings and modern amenities. Stas was very informative and made helpful suggestions for eateries and places to see in the area. As we had a busy itinerary we were out most days. Commuting into Boston and Fenway area was very easy as the Green line D was just outside our front door. French bakery and numerous eateries are within walking distance. Our stay was excellent and we will highly recommend friends and family to stay on property.

Perfect apartment and location!

Wow - fantastic apartment in Boston - specifically Newton. Sleeps 5 with 2.5 bathrooms. Right next to the train station or easy Uber ride to anywhere. Great Irish Pub across the street, Parisian Cafe for fancy pastries and coffee for breakfast, diner, sushi, and pizza literally on the block. Even parking! The owner was amazingly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you want some space, plan to do tourist activities around Boston, work, or relax. Pristinely clean, nicely newly renovated, and the decorations made it homey. Highly recommend! They have 3 units and one is handicapped accessible. Perfect for your stay in the Boston area!
