“I had an outstanding stay. The bed & breakfast is beautifully maintained, spotless throughout, and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. “Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"!
Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,……

“Returning guest and the experience was as delightful as the first time. Highly recommended- safe, clean, lovely complimentary breakfast full of choice and quality, polite friendly and helpful staff, room was full of character and charm, spacious, comfortable, clean and can’t wait for our next visit. “Room was clean but there was a mark on the bedding which wasn't too savoury.
We were given the disability room for some reason and that meant that the bathroom sink/mirror were low amongst other things. If we had stayed another night we would have asked to be moved as the hotel wasn't full. The staff were very nice as was the breakfast. ”
