“The property was beautiful and communication with the owner was great. We had difficulties with the TV and internet and the owner was able to assist us. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Our only suggestion is that it could use new cookware and the couch pillows needed to be replaced. ”

“The management agent/host was very responsive. That’s the only positive thing I have to say. The house was old. We knew that going in. We expected that it would at least be reasonable maintained. It wasn’t. Not even close. There were so many things wrong with this home. The oven stopped working. Stove only partial worked. Many of the kitchen floor tiles were cracked. Dishwasher not secured. Casement windows couldn’t be opened as mechanism was stripped. Main kitchen was poorly lacking……

“This is a “bed&breakfast” type stay. 4 rooms, 3 upstairs (very tight quarters), 1 downstairs. Each bedroom has its own keycode lock. 1 shared bathroom (downstairs) approximately 6x6 at bottom of stairs. House is also shared with owner that has their office/bedroom attached and accessible from inside rental. Owner has dog with anxiety issues that has full access to the house. None of this is advertised. Host information is not available on the website to ask questions. The assumptions and……

“Our host, Elizabeth, was very responsive the entire stay, very available through texts with any questions. The home was even better than described. It was so welcoming when we arrived on a cold, windy winter night. It immediately felt warm and cozy. Everything we would need was provided. For us, the location was perfect as it was very close to the family we were visiting, but it is also a great location for Falmouth ih general. I would think the pool in the back yard would be great in the……
