"Had to go to the Cape for work, so decided to make an off-season weekend out of it. Traveled with 3 adults, two teens and our small dog. The Sailboat Suite was very spacious and lots of great character. Positive reviews all around from our group. We enjoyed checking out the local places - Park view diner, Marc Anthony’s, Glen cove restaurant, Nana's ice cream, Ryan’s amusements, basketball courts, the beach, and took a drive to the Sandwich boardwalk. It was nice that it was dog friendly too, our guy loved all the walks. The location was excellent, the back door of the house is directly across from the park and beach. The beach is very large, though the water is calm since it's a bay. I imagine it would be good for families with younger children in the summer. Only negative was the thin ceilings, could hear the 2nd floor tenants above us. Some slight upgrades to the suite in the future would be nice but again we enjoyed the charm of this historic home.
