“We had a fantastic week at the fountain house. We spent most of our days either in the pool or the lanai. At times family was situated all over the yard. In the pool, on lounge chairs, next to the bbq or in the lanai. Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood! Hosts were very attentive even got a full size crib for my grandson.”

“This trip was a combination of family and friends of 50+ years! It was exactly like the listing. The house had everything we needed! The screened porches, overlooking the lake, were amazing and that's where we spent most of our time. It was super relaxing and we also enjoyed the Sandhill Cranes!”

“We spent 5 days with family. The hosts were excellent at answering all questions quickly and accurately. The house is on the water in a beautiful setting. We had 9 adults in our party and there was room for everyone. The game room was a great place to relax in the evenings. The kayaks were lots of fun for morning paddles to see manatees in the next cove. Some enjoyed a nice bike ride one evening. There is so much to do to keep everyone happy. “From the private beach to seeing Dolphins in the Bay, our stay was completely magical. The condo was beautiful, and very clean with lots of little things that made it a perfect home away from home. It was close to everything but tucked away in a private corner of the world. Well worth the price and we would definitely return and recommend this luxury to anyone looking for an escape.”

“Jeanette was a great host. We experienced a small issue when we arrived (absolutely no fault of Jeanette’s) and I informed her of the issue. Our issue was resolved quickly by the property manager. Excellent communication and response. The pool was great and not crowded at all. We saw dolphins multiple times from our balcony. Great resort and views. ”
