We will be back!

Wow- we were so impressed with this rental! It was clean and exactly as advertised. The location was fantastic ! We loved that so many things were included and provided such as beach chairs, toy, towels , essentials like napkins, towels, soaps, toilet paper and more. The rental was comfortable and perfect for our family trip. We will be back!!!

Perfect weekend in paradise

We loved everything about this property. The location was perfect, 3 short blocks to the beach, even closer to the bay. Communication with the rental owner/property manager was smooth and easy. Early check-in option was worth the few extra bucks. Property was clean, well maintained, comfortable beds, and kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. We loved the microfiber beach towels so much we both purchased the same ones when we got home! If one thing could use an upgrade it would be the beach chairs, but we are low maintenance and we were happy just to have something to sit on at the beach. A few restaurants within walking distance. Quick drive or Monkey Bus ride to most other places. We were only 2 people, but this house would suit 4 comfortably. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway

Great time!!

We recently stayed at the AMI Beach Shack The unit was very clean upon arrival. The location was great, a very short walk to the beach and the Free Trolley stop! We were very comfortable here, there were 3 adults but 4 would have worked too! The beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked for cooking if you choose to do so. The dishwasher doesn’t work too well but if you rinse all dishes really well it’s ok. There are beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for use during your stay which came on quite handy as we flew down. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The Beach Shack did not disappoint !!

This property was really perfect for our group of 1 adult and 4 teens. It was very clean and had everything one would need , whether you wanted to cook or go to the beach. Speaking of the beach , a very short walk across the street and you are right there!! There was also easy access to the local free trolley that can take you up and down Anna Maria. We loved this place and highly recommend the whole area !

Sweet and simple

This is a sweet beach house that met the basic needs for our family. I was super impressed with how clean the property was given the sandy nature of the area. The location is very near the public beach and a small playground. The shopping area and restaurants were about a 20-30 minute walk, and it was nice to be able to get around without a car. I didn’t realize that the home actually has two units, with this one being on the front. We were able to hear the other renters but it wasn’t overly disruptive, and the property does offer a degree of separation in the shared spaces. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Nice home close to the beach

The house had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation and was conveniently located between the beach and bayside. The towels provided were also the best towels ever.

Cute spot!

Super cute place! Just enough space for myself and my two children. Nice short walk to the beach, nice little neighborhood! The listing says it has two bathrooms, there is one full bathroom, a half bathroom and an outdoor shower. My only recommendation would be to list that it doesn’t have two actual showers in the unit.

Beach House review

Had a wonderful 2 weeks at this property. Comfortable and clean with short walk to beautiful Bradenton Beach. A lot of nice and thoughtful touches. Updated. We truly enjoyed the two weeks and will definitely be looking to rent this same site next year.

Conveniently located and well stocked

Home was convenient to beach access. Lots of beach equipment chairs, umbrellas, wagon, towels etc. well stocked kitchen and nice layout. Plenty of parking as well.

Loved our stay

We were very happy with our stay! The place was clean and comfy. The communication was great between us and the property manager. The house was also a hop, skip and jump away from the beach. We had a great time!

Great location, property needs some TLC but it works

Ok stay, property could use some TLC. Ok responsiveness, but I have had quicker. Beds were terribly uncomfortable, everything was just ok. Good place to stay if you want something affordable.

We had a great time at the property. It was nice to have access to beach supplies in the laundry room. Check through kitchen items available as you may need to buy more items than you think e.g. lighter for stove and coffee filters.

Awesome Place, Great Cost

Awesome little property for what you pay and definitely wouldn't mind returning. I'm very familiar with Anna Maria since I've visited there several times so I knew it was a nice neighborhood in advance. The quality of the property definitely surprised me; very clean, very organized, had absolutely everything we needed. I'd say our favorite part was the little patio underneath the house, great place to just chill. We had initially intended on having two more people come with us (total of 4 guests) but our friends bailed on the trip. The place was small enough that we didn't feel we wasted the money to have extra room but definitely would have been comfortable with 4 adults. We rented a car to drive in from Tampa but once we got to the island we walked just about everywhere except for when we went to Mote. It's only a 1.5 mile walk or so to the main roundabout on Anna Maria. My boyfriend and I are very comfortable putting in 5-7 miles of walking each day though so it might not be everyone's cup of tea. A few words of caution though - we were the only renters in the duplex for 3 our of 4 of our nights. The night before we flew out the other unit had guests arrive in the evening. We could hear their comings and goings quite clearly and I would not say they were being overly loud at all. I was fine with it but I still felt that I needed to be very quiet for the rest of the night and the morning before checkout. I didn't want to disturb them. If I could hear their activity, I'm sure they could certainly hear ours. I would say it's probably not the best place to rent if you A) are not interested in being overly mindful of how much noise you are making throughout the day B) have very young children

Girl's Getaway

The property was as pictured and described, however, the 250 steps to the water was to the bay, not the gulf beach. The unit needs more silverware, hand towels and a cookie sheet. There was mildew on an outside table. The unit was very relaxing and roomy enough for more than the 3 of us. We would consider staying there again.

Great island retreat

We loved our time at this property. The place was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of space. Only issue the bedroom with twin beds didn't really have a dresser or anyplace to put clothes. I found a small chest of drawers in the closet, but one of the drawers was broken. Other than that, we loved the place. Very short walk to the beach or the bay. I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect location to unwind, check out of life's stress and enjoy the beauty

This place was exactly what we were looking for to get away! Starting with my biggest priorities... The bed in the master was amazingly comfortable so we slept like babies. I will admit to traveling with my own pillow but it is the first time we didn't wake up with sore backs, aching hips etc. after a week in some other space. The kitchen... adequately stocked with pots, pans, silver etc. We dinned out 5 meals in the seven days we were there, thus the kitchen got a work out. The table on the porch was awesome for morning coffee and we often ate a late lunch there after the sun had slipped behind the house. Lovely! We thought the location was perfect. We enjoyed the walk to the beach, the chairs and cooler provided, and the plentiful beach towels. We realized the grill was missing so I texted Justin and he delivered one before dinner. Thanks Justin for the quick response. The best surprise was the outdoor shower. I had read about it but never thought we would use it daily. Perfect size, shape and the water temp was adjustable so you were not just hosing off. I would definitely come to Anna Maria Island again and stay here.
