Vacation House Fail

Simply a bad vacation experience, not worth the rental fee at this time. Pictures and proof sent to management company.This list was sent to the management company within the first couple of hours of arrival.There is a dead squirrel up on the roof laying on the solar panels.We found the large exterior trash bins dumped over in the street with garbage all over the place.Kitchen lights not workin. Electrician came and fixed incorrect wiring. Hose running across the pool patio into the pool skimmer and the lid is off the skimmer.The pool enclosure screens are torn at several areas. The refrigerator light doesn't work and the door water dispenser buttons are damaged.The master bedroom ceiling fan makes a loud noise to where it can't be left on while sleeping.There is a soft or bad spot in foundation slab in the master bedroom flooring.The front door is moisture damaged and peeling.The front rain gutter is hanging sagging.Living room ceiling fan rubs and makes loud noise.A/C air flow problem from the ceiling output register in the converted garage bedroom Kitchen sink disposal is making a loud grinding noise.Master bath exhaust fan making loud noise.Welp, after being told that the pool guy must have forgotten the hose. At 3am in the morning we were awakened by an awful sound. Once we went outside we found the pool motor and pump were sucking air. Now we know the reason the hose in the pool. It was now on use to add water to the pool.

It was just okay. Indoor furniture was dirty and outdoor was broken. Ice maker didn’t work, light burnt out in bathroom. Pool was dirty, and the intake valve was broken and dangerous. Dead squirrel on the roof when we arrived. I would rate it 6 out of 10.
