Nice home for your getaway.

We had a good stay at this house. It’s very minimalistic, but it suited our needs just fine. The pool was a great feature—perfect for swimming—but could have used a cleaning upon arrival, as well as the yard. However, once we notified the tenants, they responded quickly and tidied things up right away. The neighborhood is very residential; some parts felt a bit shady, but overall, we had a positive experience and appreciated the space and privacy.

Quick trip to Bradenton

My siblings and I (all over 65) decided to take a quick trip to Florida so, we chose the Sarasota area. I found this house in Bradenton, which fit our needs. The home was very clean and welcoming. Trish, the care taker of the property was very responsive to our needs. We needed paper towels and hair dryer and she made sure we had them quickly. Even before we arrived, she notified us of a broken toilet and they would be there in the morning to fix it and they did! Thank you, Trish!Even though the weather was nice, we weren't able to enjoy the pool cause the water was too cold. Just a couple of suggestions for owners. Stock the kitchen with more utensils (bigger bowls, can opener, cooking utensils, etc) and paper products (napkins, towels) Extra pillows and blankets are always helpful. Hand rails in the shower/tub area would be helpful. A hint for those wanting to go to the beaches... even though they're close, it does take some time to get there because of the 1 lane roads. Overall this is a very nice property and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful, clean home

The house was spacious, clean, in a great location, with a cute pool and patio area. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and we all loved it!!
