There is plenty of room to entertain and mingle with guests who can either sit in the 6 barstools at the sprawling kitchen island or in the separate dining area at a table that seats 4.



The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 2 spacious bedrooms and the sofa in the living room, which converts into a queen-sized bed. Each room is furnished with crisp linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.



- Bedroom #1 is decked out with a king-size bed, TV, and en-suite. The en-suite offers a stand-up shower and features a jetted tub, perfect for a little bit of relaxation time after a fun-filled day on the lake.

- Bedroom #2 is outfitted with a king-size bed and TV. There is a 2nd hall bathroom with direct access to this bedroom as well.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a 2nd-floor, walk-up unit with 16 stair steps to reach the entrance. An elevator is provided for guest convenience,

- Parking is available in the parking lot for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

- An in-home laundry room with washer/dryer is available for guest use.

- This home is in a community where rules are strictly enforced. Parties and loud noise are not permitted.

- The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
