“Disappointing stay. Both rooms had strong deodorizer smells and dark buildup on the AC vents that raised concerns about possible mold or mildew. The floors were poorly cleaned, and the sofa was heavily soiled and worn. Noise from the courtyard and upstairs guests made sleeping difficult. Staff were helpful in changing my room, but the overall experience was well below expectations. I would not stay here again.”
