“i also the trees that were cut down needs to be picked up and trimmed,washer was broke.i did leave a list of things that needed attention.i enjoyed the place if i come back i will stay there again.”

“The home was exceptional inside and out. The house was clean, quality furniture in all the rooms, lovely artwork graced the walls, a fully equipped/stocked cook's kitchen, and a large laundry room added to this homes appeal.The outside of the home was my family's favorite part of the property. Absolutely stunning view of the Indian River. The pool and spa were perfectly heated .Wildlife was abundant . Dolphins would pass by everyday and manatees as well. A nesting osprey family off the back deck……

“Apartment was clean and organized. Walking distance to Minuteman Causeway. Beach access is 1/2 block to the right or left. ”

“First, the listing sent us to the wrong address, another building nearby and they blamed it on VRBO “glitch”. When we got to correct unit we arrived to pile of towels and sheets on floor and essentially the unit was not cleaned. The property manager confirmed with cleaners that again there was a “glitch”and it was not cleaned. They did offer us another unit but still when you arrive at 8:30pm and just want to get settled and go to bed, it is seriously inconvenient with 3 kids, 10 and under.……

“This house was perfect for our family! Our family enjoyed the location to the beach/pool and city! It was the best of all worlds. The whole family loved the pool table and foosball table. The chef's kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything that you needed to be able to stay and prepare all of meals. The only complaint was the cleanliness. The house looked like it didn't have a deep clean in a very long time. We would still stay here in the future as this house has everything that we needed……

“The room was very clean when we arrived and stayed for 4 nights. Didn’t take advantage of the pool or other amenities while we were there. Very short walk to the Beach, plenty of parking. Was a good location and really enjoyed the value of what we received. Had a very nice week.”
