"Excellent stay. Love the vibes and our room was very comfortable with a great view from the 11th fooor. The bar and pub on site were both solid and llively. Well located in back bay and would happily stay again."

"Room clean and spacious. Fresh towels, bed linen and bottled water each day. Internet down for several hours one day in the entire property. Gym good."

"I really liked this hotel and location. My only "complaint" would be that there was no way to control the air temperature in the room. I like to sleep a bit cooler and it was hot. No ventilation and only opening the window were options. Also, there were stairs from the lobby to the hall to the elevator which is hard with heavy bags. Hot water seemed to be finicky as well. Very clean rooms, all newly renovated, had a hand steamer for my clothes which worked good, and a spot off the floor to put my suitcase. Could have used a little more sink space. "

"Love that the outdoor pool is open all year, even in winter. The hotel isn’t lux but it is super fun. Love the rock and roll theme and retro decor. Staff is great and free nitro coffee in the lobby is pretty sweet too!"

"The gym and pool were being renovated as was the downstairs lobby bar., so that was disappointing. They made the gym in the across-the-street hotel available, but that defeats the purpose of having a hotel gym. Perhaps it will be really nice when all renovations are done, but not so in the middle of the renovations. And probably worst was that the heat in the hotels didn’t work because they converted the entire building to exclusively air conditioning in the rooms claiming that they were transitioned to Summer HVaC settings even though outside temperature was down to low 40s at night. "
